1.1. The Oxford Farmer's Market's ONLINE Marketplace is a site where you can pre-order products from local producers for pickup on Market days from November to April.
1.2. From the "Home" Page select then click About Oxford Farmers' Market for more information.
1.3. Sign up HERE to be kept up to date on all upcoming market information.
2.1. From October through April, the OFM-OM website is available for buyers to visit and view product offered for sale by our producers. 2.2. Producers update their inventories and add new products prior to the Ordering Window. The OFM-OM does NOT guarantee the availability of any products offered. 2.3. Producers may or may not be participating in the next Ordering Window, therefore, their products will always be subject to change. Particularly prior to an Ordering Window. 2.4. Sign up HERE to receive notifications regarding producer participation in the next Ordering Window.

3.1. Availability: Orders can ONLY be accepted during the Oxford Farmers' Market Online Marketplace (OFM-OM) Ordering Window.
3.2. All Ordering Windows are associated with a Pick Up Time on the Saturday of that week. See the schedule below:

3.3. ALL Market Dates for 2024-2025: The Oxford Winter Farmers’ Market (in-person) will take place from 10 am to 12:30 pm on the first Saturday of every month from November 2024 to April 2025. The OFM-OM will operate twice a month from November to April.

6.1. From the "Home" Page select then click Create Account.
6.2. This will take you to the Account Log In Page.
Complete the blocks in the "New Customers" column:
GREEN ARROWS: Here you are asked to complete each box highlighted with a green arrow.
YELLOW ARROWS: OPTIONAL - After which you can choose to uncheck the "Add me to your general mailing list" checkbox and you can also choose to be added to a specific delivery location.
RED ARROW: Once you have finished with your entries and selections click
6.2.1. Should this "Error:" appear and you wish to use the email address you have entered, then you will need to recover your password using the "Forgotten Password" feature. See Question: "7. How Do I Log In? - OOPS! I forgot My Password" for further details.
6.3. Otherwise, the Account Confirmation Page will appear.
6.3.1. This Page is asking you to check the email account you have entered on the Account Log In Page to obtain a four-digit confirmation number needed to activate your account. The welcome email header will look like that which is pictured below.
6.3.2. Please check your "SPAM" Page if the email does not appear within a few minutes. If you did not receive the welcome email, click the button on the Account Confirmation Page to try again. Otherwise, CONTACT US.
6.3.3. Open your "Welcome Email" and follow the instructions. OR, if you still have the Account Confirmation Page open in another window, highlight the four-digit confirmation string and COPY to your clipboard or use another method to record the confirmation string prior to moving to the next step.
6.3.4. If you have returned to the Account Confirmation Page or have followed the instructions in the Welcome Email to "go to the following address https://ofm.eatfromfarms.com/account/ and log in with the email address and password you chose", the page below should be on your screen without the entry in the "Confirmation Number" box.
Please type or PASTE the four-digit confirmation number in the box provided and then click .
6.4. The following screen will appear.
We would like you to complete the blocks with the YELLOW ARROWS. These are optional, but your phone (home, work or cell) "highlighted in orange" are extremely helpful should we need to contact you immediately regarding changes with your order.
RED ARROW: Once you have finished with your entries click to save your changes.
You may begin making purchases online. In the future, simply log in with your email and password, as described next Section.
7.1.1 From the Home page select Account then click Log In from the dropdown that appears.
7.1.2 You will be presented with the Account Log In page. Enter the email you used to create the account and your password. Click Log In when you are done.
NOTE: You must Log In in order to checkout with your purchases.
7.1.3 If you receive an error message below, please attempt to log in again. Should your second attempt fail, please use Forgotten Password under the Log In button and proceed with paragraph 7.2.
7.1.4 Enter your account email address in the box provided on the Customer Forgotten Password page and click the Email Password button. You will see the notification below if your email address is in the system. Please check your email account to retrieve your password and proceed to Log In again.
7.1.5 If the notification below appears the system DOES NOT have the email address you provided. Please try a different email address or create a new customer account, in accordance with paragraph 6. Otherwise, if you believe the system is in error, please CONTACT US.
Your buyer account information is available once you have logged in (see paragraph 7.1). Click the Accounts button in the menu header to show the dropdown in the screenshot below.
8.1 Account Home
You will be brought to the Customer Account Home page whenever you log in or select Account > Account Home from the menu header dropdown.
8.2 Contact Information
To edit the information presented on the Customer Account Home page click the Edit Information button (RED ARROW above) on that page or select Account > Contact Information from the menu header dropdown. The Edit My Customer Information page appears, and changes can be made to each of the boxes presented.
When you have finished with your entries click the Update button to save. If you have any questions or encounter any difficulty, please CONTACT US.
8.3 Home Delivery Info
This feature is NOT operational in the current configuration; therefore, you have no need to enter information on this page.
8.4 Mailing Preferences
To change your Mailing Preferences, select Account > Mailing Preferences from the menu header dropdown.
Check or uncheck the boxes presented to reflect your mailing preferences. Click the Save button when you have finished.
8.5 My Orders
To view any past or current orders you have placed select Account > My Orders from the menu header dropdown.
Click on the six-digit number in the left column Order # to view any order you have placed within the system.
8.6 Change Password
To change your current password, select Account > Change Password from the menu header dropdown.
Enter your new password and click Change Password button to save.
