We raise grass-fed and finished lamb and beef on our pastures that we have reclaimed from years of neglect. We strive to work with Nature, rather than against her, and use minimal inputs as much as possible. Our animals live happy, peaceful lives on our scenic hilltop pastures and in our histroric dairy barn. Visitors are welcome by appointment. We can deliver products to both the Norwich and Binghamton areas if needed.
