Penwingle Farm is a newly established veteran farm. Our first official (full) year of farming (2021) we dabbled in lots of efforts trying to figure out what worked best for us. We produce maple syrup, grow five types of berries (and make associated jams), build bird feeders and bird houses and grow lots of different vegetables. We collaborate with Yaleville Farm in Bainbridge to bring you their raw honey and plantain salve. We are gluttons for punishment so we also produce dry, square bale hay. We are farming because we love the land and want to be a contributing member of our community. We truly appreciate your patronage and welcome feedback (good and bad) so we can continue improving our products. We are also dedicated to the preservation of heritage breed farm animals. As members of the American Livestock Conservancy, we maintain a healthy flock of Cayuga ducks producing wonderful eggs and a gaggle of heritage breed Cotton Patch geese from which we sell goslings in the spring and summer. We also have an award winning flock of Painted Desert and Corsican hair sheep which you can see being shown at several local county fairs and at state fair in the summertime. We hope you enjoy our products!
