Single-variety microgreens commonly used as fresh leafy greens. These are added to meals after cooking, mixed into salads and bowls, or used in place of lettuce.
Arugula, Broccoli, Red Cabbage, Kale, Kohlrabi, Radish
Our Microgreen Bases are the best way to get your meal started. These varieties can be used in larger quantities as baseline greens that go well with any dish.
ARUGULA - spicy, nutty flavor. Purple stems and dark-green leaves.
BROCCOLI - understated, mild, peppery and subtly sweet.
CABBAGE, Red - crisp and tender with a fresh, green, and earthy, peppery flavor.
KALE - earthy flavor with a nutty sweetness that is accentuated when cooked.
KOHLRABI - juicy and crunchy with a mild, peppery, and sweet flavor reminiscent of broccoli, cabbage, and cucumber.
RADISH - A vibrant, mildly spicy blend of purple and green radish leaves with red, purple, and pink stems.
