Gourmet jams and jellies made by Kirsten with the utmost care. We use local fruits and organic produce whenever available.
Berries + Cherries Jam: dark, sweet, full of berry flavor. The jammiest of jams. Lovely on toast, scones, and stirred into oatmeal. Ingredients: dark sweet cherries, strawberries, sour red cherries, blueberries, organic cane sugar, lemon juice.
Peach Jam: Stash it away to have a taste of summer when the winter weather is getting you down. We made our peach jam in late fall with Rowe's peaches from Pennsylvania. It's the best on biscuits and toast. Ingredients: peaches, organic cane sugar, pectin, lemon juice.
Old Fashioned Apple Jelly from a 100-year-old tree: We made a few precious pints of this jelly in the fall from a beautiful old tree that would have been in front of the original farmhouse on our property. The apples are wonderfully sweet and tart, and make a jelly that is delicious on buttered biscuits or paired with a sharp cheddar. Hold a jar up to the light to see the beautiful claret color. Made with apples from our farm. Ingredients: apples, organic cane sugar.
