Delicious lamb grown right in Chenango County on hilltop pastures and local hay! Lambs are fed a small amount of grain until weaning, and then after that they are 100% grass-fed. This lamb has it's own unique flavor or "terrior" that comes from the grasses, clovers, and forbs they eat - if you've tried lamb from the store, you will find this lamb is much more flavorful and tender.
