ARUGULA, baby-leaf - Flavor is spicy and nutty. Popular choice for brightening up salad mixes.
KALE BLEND, baby-leaf - Includes a variety of leaf types and textures in various shades and colors: bright green, dark green, and purple with green, pink, and purple stems. Mild kale flavor.
MESCLUN, French-style - Includes traditional ingredients such as baby lettuce, endive and mache (corn salad). Tatsoi (Asian spinach) may replace spinach and leaves from bull's blood beet are added for a pop of color. Add upland cress for a spicier eating sensation.
