MINI-HEAD LETTUCE - These small heads of lettuce are full of variety! Some are beautiful bright green and others have a green base with purple variegation. Bright, fresh and crunchy, these mini heads only need a couple chops to create the perfect sized salad for one. In your bag you will find 4 ounces minimum (2-3 heads) of mini-head lettuce, mixed varieties. Specific any color preferences in the remarks on your order.
HOW TO USE - this smaller head lettuce still attached to the core which allows your lettuce to stay fresher longer. Remove leaves from the core for a sandwich or cut the through the core for a baby-leaf salad.
