CRUNCHY SALAD (Mild) - Delicious Value-Sized blend of Pea Shoot, Sunflower Shoot, and Broccoli Microgreens has an excellent balance of the tender, sweet, and nutty flavors from the Peas & Sunflowers.
CRUNCHY SALAD (Spicy) - This SPICY version of the Value-Sized blend above replaces the Broccoli with the kick from Radish.
MILD MICRO MIX - A Deliciously simple mix that makes a great base for any microgreens salad, topping for a sandwich, addition to an omelet etc. This Mild Micro Salad includes Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula and Red Cabbage. It has a great flavor and a nice mix of colors.
SPICY MICRO MIX - A flavorful and colorful combination of microgreens. Contains: Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, Red Cabbage and Mustard or Radish for an extra kick.
