Organically grown herbs and vegetables from my garden, dehydrated to preserve the summer freshness and enjoy all winter in your favorite recipes. Herbs have been dried with electric dehydrator to quickly dry and lock in flavor.

- Epazote is a Central American herb used as a flavoring for beans, quesadillas or other cental american dishes, and is reported to reduce gas and bloating when used to cook beans. (1 tsp per 1 lb of beans).
