Certified organic rolled oats locally processed at the Collier Family Farm, Norwich, NY. Almost everyone has eaten oatmeal or used rolled oats in baking. But most of the oats bought in stores have been steam-treated and then dried to increase shelf-life. Our oats are raw: They are harvested from the field, cleaned, and then rolled or milled. The result is a fresh-tasting product with vitamins intact. Oats are also high in protein, lipids, minerals, and soluble fiber—making them an incredibly nutritious grain.
