The "secret ingredient" that provides this flavor is from Grains of Paradise. This African spice is more popular in Middle Eastern, North, and West African cuisines, but it has become increasingly popular in this country when used in various rubs for beef, chicken, fish, and steak.

Organic EVERYTHING BAGEL - has a nice savory garlic and onion flavor, with a wonderful crunch from the sesame and poppy seeds. Use it on everything from homemade bagels to pasta. Use with a little olive oil to create a wet rub for chicken, fish, seafood. Shake on buttered or steamed vegetables (especially green beans and potatoes).
