Crunchy, hearty greens for snacking, stir-fries, and bowls. Larger, crunchier greens for salads & snacking. Shoots are commonly used as a leafy green in meals, added fresh to bowls and sandwiches, or lightly cooked in stir-fries and eggs.
PEA SHOOTS - Have a flavor evoking green peas (with perhaps a hint of fava beans). Pea shoots can be used as a garnish, salad ingredient or tender, flavorful bed of greens.
SUNFLOWER SHOOTS - Use sunflower shoots in salads and sandwiches that can benefit from the slightly nutty flavor.
