*note: Our organic bread flour we order from Azure is currently out of stock. I will be using King Arthur bread flour in its place. This is not an organic product. It is more expensive as I need to buy it in 5lb bags instead of the 50lb bags I usually purchase, but we will keep the price of our loaves the same until we can get our flour back in stock. I appreciate your understanding!*

Our sourdough bread is made with organic flour and a wild yeast sourdough starter. It has a long and slow fermentation process which gives it wonderful flavor and texture. Excellent for sandwiches, alongside soup, and as toast.

Our current varieties:
Rye Caraway Sourdough - Made with dark rye flour and caraway seeds. Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, whole grain organic rye flour, water, wild yeast, organic caraway seeds, sea salt. Contains: wheat

Traditional Sourdough - Made with white wheat flour. Flavorful and crusty.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, wild yeast, sea salt. Contains: flour.

Pizza Sourdough - Our traditional sourdough flavored with tomato, garlic, onion, and Italian herbs.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, wild yeast, sea salt, tomato powder, basil, garlic, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, sage, savory, thyme. Contains: wheat.

Whole Wheat Sourdough - Made with 50% whole grain and 50% white wheat flour.
Ingredients: whole grain organic wheat flour, organic wheat flour, water, wild yeast, sea salt. Contains: wheat.
