Our beef is pasture-raised in Greene. No antibiotics or hormones of course. Processed at a Certified Animal Welfare Approved and USDA inspected facility.

These cattle were grazed on rotating pasture when the grass is up and 100% of their winter hay is grown on the farm. Our animals are from a closed-herd and our bull is registered high pedigree. Calves are bred, born and raised with the herd and stick with mom for many months. Our family has been raising cows for over 40 years.
